The Boží chalupa apartment is located in a quiet part of the city of Boží Dar in the heart of the Ore Mountains (1 028 m). The place is known for its famous Baby Jesus Trail, National Nature Preserve Boží Dar Peat Bog, Park Klínovec or historical mineshafts. Nearby you can find a grocery store U Čády or children ski resort. It, therefore, offers pleasant year-round activities for families with children.
In case of interest, it is possible to rent the whole cottage (capacity of 17 persons). There is a private apartment equipped with two separate rooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (capacity up to 6 persons). On the second floor, there are three rooms (double, triple and quad room) – every room has a private bathroom. There is a cosy living room with a tiled stove, and there is also a fully equipped kitchen. There is a wi-fi connection in the whole building.

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we provide you with information on the processing of personal data of guests that occurs in connection with your stay.
This is the data that you pass on to the landlord for entry in the Guest Book.
The data are also used to fulfil legal obligations towards the Municipal Office, the Aliens Police and the Tax Office. We do not intend to transfer your personal data outside the EU or any international organization.
The provision of personal data for accommodation purposes is a legal requirement, the subject is obliged to provide personal data on the basis of § 3 paragraph 4 of the Act on Local Fees. If this data is not provided, it is not possible to accommodate the data subject or draw up a lease agreement. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. European Data Protection Board, Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Purpose of processing: Accommodation services
The legal basis for the processing imposed on the accommodation establishment by law or another legal norm - this is the processing carried out on the basis of the legal reason referred to in Article 6 (1) (a). c) General Regulation (GDPR), ie processing necessary. The landlord is obliged to keep the record book of accommodated guests for a period of 6 years from the last entry.
Scope of personal data processing:
Data processed from the subjects: name and surname, address of permanent residence or place of permanent residence abroad, number of IP or travel document, period of accommodation, purpose of stay.
